The RCV Performance Ultimate CV axle kit replaces the factory’s weaker axles in the Suzuki Samurai with a durable 26-tooth spline design. Original axles had 22-tooth splines at the differential, which were a common failure point. This kit increases strength by replacing them with a solid 26-tooth spline system—the same as used in the rear differential. To accommodate the new 26-tooth setup, the front ring gear in the differential must be swapped to the 26-tooth gear from the rear differential.
Testing has shown that the Ultimate CV axles are twice as strong as the original components and maintain their durability both at straight angles and under extreme articulation. Even with large tires and high power, this kit delivers reliable performance. Ultimate CV axles require minimal maintenance and provide smooth operation both on- and off-road. The product comes with a limited lifetime “no questions asked” warranty.
