Ultimate CV Axle Shaft Kit for Nissan Patrol Y61 GU from 1997 onwards

Manufactured in the USA using only high-strength chromoly materials, the RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axle kit offers a robust replacement for the factory axles in the Nissan Patrol Y61 with a modern and more durable design. The original axles feature 31-tooth splines at the differential that taper down to 27 teeth at the CV joint—a common failure point. This kit solves that issue by replacing the weak 27-tooth CV joints with strong 30-tooth joints made from 300M material, eliminating the need to reduce shaft size.

Additionally, the inner axle shafts are reinforced with 300M material for even greater load resistance. Tests show that Ultimate CV axles are twice as strong as factory components and maintain their strength both at straight angles and under extreme stress.
