The main advantages of using differential locks include
- Increased traction: Differential locks enable better utilization of driving power by evenly distributing force to the wheels, allowing for improved traction on difficult terrain.
- Enhanced control: By being able to lock the differential mechanism, the driver gains greater control over the vehicle, which is particularly important in extreme terrain conditions and improves passenger safety.
- Component protection: By improving traction and control, differential locks can also contribute to reducing the wear of other drivetrain components, leading to increased durability and long-term savings.
Regardless of the terrain vehicle model, our differential locks are designed for maximum effectiveness and durability, proving themselves in rally conditions where reliability is crucial. This ensures reliability and durability for our customers even in the toughest terrain conditions. Our company places great emphasis on research and development to provide our customers with products that meet the highest quality and technological standards.
ETS110F - 100% Electric Differential Lock with Torsen Mechanism - Replacement for Differential RD110 / ET110.
When the lock is disengaged, the Torsen mechanism operates to help increase traction. When the lock is engaged, it provides full locking of the differential and axles together with 100% drive.
Suitable for use on front axles.
It does not require additional air compressor.
Fits the following vehicles (front axle)
- Hyundai Terracan – models manufactured after 2001, but the bolt holes must be enlarged from Ø10.2 mm to 12.2 mm (31/64”)
- Hyundai Galloper I and II – all model years, but the bolt holes must be enlarged from Ø10.2 mm to 12.2 mm (31/64”)
- Mitsubishi Montero, Raider, Pajero III and IV, Delica (van), Shogun – models manufactured after 1989 – ring gear diameter 203.2 mm (8") – the locker does not fit axles with a smaller ring gear diameter of 184.15 mm (7.25")
