The first value is the spring length. Multiply it by 0.254 to get the length in mm (e.g. 1200 × 0.254 = 305 mm).
The second value is the inner diameter of the spring: 250 = 2.5" (63.5 mm).
The third value indicates the spring rate, in this case 150 lbs/in.
The final letter indicates the color, here S = silver.
