Foam Cell Technology
The “Foam Cell” insert, made from microcellular foam, significantly reduces cavitation, one of the main causes of shock absorber failure. Under high stress, oil and gas inside a standard shock absorber mix and create bubbles, reducing oil viscosity. When aerated oil passes through the valve, it offers less resistance, preventing the damper from functioning properly.
The Foam Cell insert fills the space that would normally contain air or nitrogen, eliminating the possibility of bubble formation. This ensures smooth operation and exceptional resistance to damping fade during extended heavy-duty use.
Adjustable Performance
With 9-stage adjustability, you can easily control the firmness of the shock absorbers and adapt to changing conditions. Choose a firmer setting for highway driving, then soften it when it’s time to hit the trails.
