Reinforced Front Axles for Suzuki Samurai – Nitro Gear & Axle. High-strength chromoly front axles with 26 splines on both ends, upgraded from the factory 22 splines. Designed for extreme durability, they require a 26-spline rear differential or compatible lockers (Lock Right 1530, ARB RD208). Precision heat-treated and polished for maximum strength and reliability, Nitro Gear & Axle ensures top-quality drivetrain components for your Suzuki Samurai.

The Longfield™ Suzuki Samurai 33-Spline/22-Spline Front Axle kit is a great alternative for those who want axles that are stronger than stock but don’t want the hassle of purchasing and installing 26-spline side gears in their front differential. The Longfield™ birfields are made out of 100% chromoly steel and are precision polished to remove any imperfections that may cause stress risers. The internals of our Longfield™ birfields are made out of 4340 chromoly steel and then dual heat-treated for superior strength. The 4340 chromoly steel axle shafts are 22-spline on the differential side for easy installation into stock differentials. The birfield side of the axle shaft and the inner race of the birfield have been upgraded to 33-splines to better distribute the torque loading.
