Winch mounting plate was designed, constructed and improved based on our personal winch assembly and operation experience. Plate is made of 5mm thick steel and its main purpose is to fit smaller cars with a narrower frame spacing (Suzuki Jimny, Vitara, Grand Vitara, Samurai, Daihatsu Rocky, Kia Sportage etc.). Plate got strengthening of the wire thimble attachment, large holes for power supply cords (fit even with the cable end connectors preassembled) and what’s most important – increased distance between winch and front wall to avoid the necessity of grinding the thimble mounting screws in large, massive winch models. Thanks to the thoughtful design, assembly and operation is pure pleasure. Weight approx. 6kg.
